About
I am a Strategic Experience Designer fuelled by a creative-entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset.
My career began 7 years ago and since then I have been helping teams and organizations to launch digital products and provide the best experiences for their users. In 2021, I made the decision to pursue a Master's Degree in Design Strategy and Innovation at Brunel University London where my Dissertation project received a distinction grade, reflecting my passion for enhancing better experiences!
My work as a Design Strategist
Along my 7 years of career, I have helped different organisations to design effective innovation strategies through a customer centered approach that have helped engaged their customers. My approach relies on understanding business, users and the market needs by combining quantitative data with qualitative feedback, which have met companies and project goals.
My work as an Illustrator
I was born with a passion for illustration. Over time it has become my favorite hobby and also a job that I enjoy very much. In 2018, I launched my own children illustration brand: Claudiailustra. To date, I have the pleasure to say that I have collaborated with a diverse group of organisations including Fundación Peruana del Cáncer, Isla Maria, Falabella and several business blogs creators.
